Katherine has over 10 years of experience in both the Public and Private Planning sectors. She brings to our team significant experience in dealing with strategic development sites through both planning applications and local plan promotion.

• The Preparation of 5 Year Housing Land Supply Position evidence for appeals and Public Inquiries (in both consultancy and local government)
• 5 Year Housing Land Supply witness on behalf of Cotswold District Council. Preparation and implementation of internal monitoring tool to track progress regarding Local Plans, housing land supply and housing delivery test for South West LPAs to support advice to clients regarding future opportunities for site promotion and/or more speculative developments
• In her role with the Aecom Economic Development team, Katherine worked on several direct LPA instructions including assistance with the preparation of a Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment and various Employment Land Reviews.
• Various Local and Neighbourhood Plan representations most recently and notably the Cranbrook Plan DPD (East Devon).
