Housing from one home up to a site of 500, Schools, medical centres, farms, airports and commercial premises. Some of our clients include the National Trust, Hartpury University, Avant and some very wealthy and well-known private clients.

What we do

We are an independent town planning consultancy based primarily in Cheltenham and with offices in London and Yorkshire. Our aim is to secure planning permission or an allocation for development and get the best results for our clients.

Our client base is very diverse, but our approach is consistent; to always do the very best for our clients, remain focused on client goals and solve challenges by thinking outside of the box. This is driven by our passion for planning and our purpose, planning our future built world.
