Revised National Planning Policy Framework

5 March saw the Government announce the much anticipated draft revised National Planning Policy Framework for consultation until 10 May. The document will eventually replace the current NPPF, which was published in March 2012. The new draft is considered to be an evolution of existing guidance and we are working on considering its contents and preparing our response in due course. We are also looking at what the draft NPPF will mean for our clients and their development interests.
