Caroline is responsible for keeping McLoughlin Planning running smoothly, supporting the growth of the business, improving efficiencies and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
She leads on new business, sales and marketing, and plays a key role across finance, HR and operational management. Since joining McLoughlin Planning in 2024, Caroline has been instrumental in supporting both the team and clients, ensuring the day-to-day operation of the business runs effectively.
Caroline has a background in marketing within the built environment, transport and leisure sectors. Prior to joining McLoughlin Planning, she worked in international fine art publishing and is also an experienced freelance writer.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys art history and travel, having studied at The Courtauld Institute and lived in Paris. She is an amateur opera singer and a keen traveller.
