Planning Applications
Some planning applications are simple and do not require extensive planning experience to complete and submit, however many are not and a well thought through and fully completed application stands greater chances of success than a poorly prepared form.
Our job is planning, we do nothing else, so we get to know inside out how councils look at applications, so our clients can be assured that their application has been submitted with all the correct documents and at strategically the right time.
To prepare your planning application we:
- Carry out an assessment and give you a recommendation on a planning strategy relevant to your needs.
- Will advise the the most appropriate course of action, whether its an outline application, full application or permission in principle (PiP).
- Schedule all the submission requirements and outline the stages of the planning process.
- Collaborate with affiliated expert consultants to produce supporting documents that reinforce our crafting of robust planning statements that justify your proposal.
- Manage stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare Pre-applications submissions If required.
- Attend pre-application meetings with the council.
- Submit applications.
